The minimum booking is six nights

The cleaning charge (added for every booking) is $180 (or £138)

We are required to collect Florida occupancy taxes: Florida State Sales Tax at 6.5% and Hernando County Tourist Development Tax at 5% (i.e an additional 11.5% on the basic cost, including cleaning).

A non-refundable booking deposit of $300 or £150 is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment is required eight weeks before the start of the hiring period.

Once full payment has been received, the $300 /£150 deposit continues to be held as a returnable security deposit.
